Ever since Apria took over from Praxair, it has been a nightmare, especially with its Accounting Department. The Company has all our insurance coverage on file, and all our services/products have been paid in full. This clearly is listed on previous copies of invoices and packing slips, and we had the same coverage for over 5 (five) years.  Today, we received an invoice for my husband's Bipap machine with a transaction date of 04/24/2012, date of service 03/23.2012 and 04/23/2012 with a total of $1,729.28 which should be paid upon receipt of this invoice. We have full insurance coverage without any deductibles. Just wondering, if its Accouting Dept. submitted the charges to the Insurance Carriers, and/or trying to stiff us for the above amount.  This company doubts our integrity, and if they ruin our credit, this will have serious consequences. Tried ti call the listed Tel.# 866-838-4762, and it is unavaqilable due to technical difficulties. We never had to deal with a company like that. Very disappointing, and we do agree with all of the other comments.
