Apx Alarm Security Solutions contract issues W Provo Utah

i received this alarm system back in july 0f 2006 didnt seem to have a problem until tehy (apx) switched me to one of there partner companies and i have nothing but problems with them debiting my account, they take 2 to 3 times amonth the monthly payment, i never even knew they switched me until i called apx to see why my bill went up and they informed me they no longer handle my account i would have to call sai, i still have not had anything corrected i just want out of my contract, if i would have known they would sell me or transfer me i would have never done this

The $1 month should be universal. You won't get dung for late payments, but they will eventually can your monitoring and make your alarm a house decoration. they could perhaps take the equipment back. there are alot of ways to get out of the agreement.

Apex and SAI working together

Well i have filled areport with the BBB against Apex and SAI and low and behold JACK INBAR from Apex is trying to remedy the situation to beneift him not into helping me at all, i had to reply to my BBB complaint in saying what i wanted because they didnt understand what i was asking for, they write all these contracts with fine print but they couldnt understand a few sentences i wrote for them at a 4th grade level come on, i wish the guy going by KNOWITALL could or would help i read some of the other post and you said something about paying just $1 a month in cali would that work in ohio thanks Bill
