I have been out of work since March. I called aqua and asked for a 10 day extension and told them that I would pay my bill in full then. They refused to make any payment arrangement. Their only advice was for me to call social service agencies and beg for the money to pay the bill ($76). All agencies around here are out of money for assistance since danville, Illinois is a poverty town with extremely high unemployment.

I then located teh name of the CEO in the internet. When I call and asked for his number, I was told that they are not authorized to give that out. Despite speaking with a supervisor, I was told that they refused to give out the number - not even to a customer. His name is Nick Debenidictis and he works out of the office in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. If anyone lives in the area, please locate his home and post it.

I also inquired as to why my bill is higher now that I live in an apartment instead of when I had my house. I explained That I no longer do several loads of laundry here and use less water. The lady said "I'm sure that the reading is correct so we won't be doing anything about that." This company is hated by most residents of Danville and has a nickname that I should not post on here. I urge all people do do anything within their power to cost them time, money and profits. In closing I would also say COWARDLY NICK, SHOW YOURSELF.
