I had an issue with a pinball machine, so I called this guy up after finding a web page online. I called him up and he agreed to come out for $125 just to look at the machine! Well... he was here for about 20 mins. He told me there was something wrong with one of my cpu boards in the machine. He said he would have to take it to this guy in Phila, Pa. where he could diagnose what was causing the problem. He also told me this would take at least 3-4 weeks! Although I wasn't happy about the turnaround time I let him do it, because I just wanted it fixed and hey it's not the end of the world if it doesn't happen overnight.

I paid him $125 for the trip out, plus I gave him another $25 towards the repair on the board. Well.. a month went by and I didn't hear anything from him! I called him numerous times and finally after many attempts he called me back! Not to say that it was fixed, but the board never made it to Phila, Pa. after all this time! I just wanted to know when it was going to be done and when I will have my game back in operation! He couldn't tell me when or how this was going to happen in the near future because it turns out he owes the business in Phila, Pa. money!! So no way would that guy look at any cpu board he brings in!

When I got Gary on the phone he told me that he is having money issues, and is robbing Peter to pay Paul at this time! I was infuriated that this guy took my $150 cash, knowing very well that he couldn't provide a decent repair service for my machine. By the way he called me back when I threatened to go to the police over this matter. I was able to get my cpu boards back as well as $75, but still he wasted over 2 months of my life and caused me some sleepless nights over this. Now I am in the process of having someone come to my house to repair it on the spot! Which means in addition to the $75 I already wasted, I have to pay someone else to fix the problem that should have been fixed long ago. 

He drove up in a piece of shit station wagon and I knew I should have just sent him away! When I called a reputable business offering pinball repair services, they said they have had other complaints frm other people in regards to this same guy! He told me about the taking of the boards, cash, etc. and then leaving and not coming back! Now most people would probably just chalk it up as a loss and move on but I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I have gone through with this guy. 

There is no way he should be allowed to be in business and keep ripping people off because he is so down on his luck. I still don't feel good that he got $75 and wasted over 2 months with this. I told him he has no idea what customer service is. He can't be that reputible if he is only taking cash!

Buyer beware!!! He is located in South Jersey and goes by the name of Arcade Services. Very generic name, but I have also included his webpage as well. He advertises on Craigslist for services! 

I told him I wasn't happy even with the $75 out of my pocket and nothing fixed. I also advised him that I am not the type of guy you want to screw over! He told me to take the boards over to Phila, Pa. myself to get them fixed, etc. and then I should call him back up to finish the job!

Are you serious?!? Why in the world would I ever trust or call you back ever again?!? Good riddance... NEVER... EVER... use this clown! http://www.arcadeservices.biz/

Yeah... I got boards back!!

You came out and gave me my boards and $75 out of the $150 I spent to fix what?!? NOTHING!!! I had to repeatedly call you over and over again with no response. Finally I thought I am going to file something with the BBB and/or call the Police! Finally that got your attention and you called me back telling me that you are robbing Peter to pay Paul because of your financial situation. You wasted over 2 months of my life and wasted my money. As a customer I feel like I still got screwed! Then when I called someone more reputible, they told me they have heard stories from other people about you and your services. The guy I called said, "I have heard similiar stories from other people, that he comes out, tells you what the problem is.. takes the board or boards.. and your cash, then when you try and call him, you can't get a hold of him!

This is exactly what happened to me! You also told me you were robbing Peter to pay Paul! WTF? You knew you had or have financial issues before you ever set foot in my house. I call that deceptive and wrong! I treat customers like a professional and expect the same when I require service of somekind. The right thing to do was comeback, give me my boards and all of my money! The $75 was the least I was going to find acceptable. So... you got to keep $75 for coming out and here and accomplishing nothing!

I told you I was still not happy and I never said I would call you back. You said, "yeah call me back when you have the boards fixed and I will finish the job." Nothing mentioned... "at your expense". You would have probably tried to bill me to finish the job, but that was never going to happen! You made a bad first impression and never followed through. You never took the boards to the guy in Bensalem, because your account with him wasn't in good standing. That was before you came out here to look at my machine. So you knew how bad of a situation you were already in and I trusted you.

Yeah.. you saw my new Hot Shot pinball game and the fact you played a couple of balls I thought you had balls to do so! You treat customers the right way or it will comeback to haunt you. So I hope you are happy and satisfied with your $75. I hope this honest and fair report of your business ethics or lack thereof was worth it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I told you I am not the guy you want to piss off or take advantage of. Now you know why...

Most of my customers understood the situation and the personal problems I was going through at the time and stood by me. 

Your instructions were followed to the letter. You told me to refund you half the money and return the circuit boards. I did so.  I did perform a service call that diagnosed your problem. I was there for an hour. I did not have a working spare cpu board for your machine. I told you where to take the boards for repair and also offered to come back and finish the job at my expense. You agreed to that. You also showed me you new pinball. There were no bad feelings at the time. Yet you still post this review.

Thanks to all the customers that are pleased with my service.
