Arcadia Financial, Arcadia TransSouth After 8 years and 75 payments, haven't received clear title to auto Loan cured 01 2005, Ripoff Cleveland Ohio

I started with this company in April 1997 (auto financing). This loan was cured as of Jan. 2005. At the present time May 2005, I have not recv'd clear Title to this auto. Would appreciate your help in resolving this problem. I have had many unpleasant experiences with this company over the years. That is putting it mildly. Have filed a SC Consumer Affairs complaint against this company because of their payment policies,etc., but to no avail. I am still grieved because of their unethical business practices.
