I would like to report the ripoff and fraudulent charges Transouth Financial or Arcadia makes to your account. They place a fraudulent charge to my account claiming that I am not carrying insurance when i have had insurance a long time before they became my finance company.
Transouth has some rude and obnoxious customer service reps who just don't know how to be curteuos or professional. They talk to you in any kind of way, don't give you the right information on your account and very out right unprofessional. More like a zoo like business ran over there. Even the so called department managers have no kind of respect for their customers.
They are one big ripoff who preys on people with bad credit or who is trying to establish credit. They was not allowed in the state of Georgia but did business in tha state anyway and then up and moved after getting enough clients.
This has to be stopped and investigated. People have no where else to turn and can't afford an attorney to look into this situation or even ask for free consultation. Please put a stop to this madness!
Bill Heard had a part in this scheme too and should also be held accountable along with Arcadia Transouth.

I have been with Transouth for 1 1/2 years and they have screwed me over more than once. Every three months I get a letter stating I don't have insurance and they are going to apply their insurance. I have had insurance for as far back as I remember. I call my insurance carrier and they call and straighten them out. My insurance agent looks forward to dealing with these jerks. Transouth has a customer service problem and their managers are as dumb as the reps. They have taken mulitple payments out then when they are confronted with refunding the money, they state that all they can do is put it on the end of the loan. I will never finance with Transouth ever again. The only reason we did this time was because our credit isn't the greatest and we needed a vehicle and they were the only ones who would finance us.
