Arcadia Financial, citigroup ripoff high interest rates VERY RUDE people Minneapolis Minnesota

Arcadia Financial/citigroup, They are the most RUDEST people I have ever had the MISFORTUNE to talk to. We have been paying on our car for 3 yrs now and the principle is almost the same. When we received this months bill(04/19/05) it shows we still have a current balance of $5,789.90. It says prior balance $5,854.00. Now that means that I paid $166.25 but I ONLY get credit for $64.00. Something is messed up here. I went back and checked the rest of my bills and one for 01/23/03 shows this: prior balance 6275.00 and then it says current: $6211.90. We have paid EVERY payment on time and over 2 yrs later we still owe almost $6000. That means that we paid only $500 in the last 2 yrs towards the principle yet each month we pay $166.25. HELP!!!!

WE have tried NUMEROUS TIMES to speak with someone there about this but instead all we get is RUDE Hateful and VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. I have asked many times to please allow me to speak with a manager or someone above them but they instead become belligerent. This is not the first time we have had problems with arcadia. We had a problem in 10/2002 and it was only resolved after I contacted news outlets and senators and the attorney generals office of my state. At that time we also encountered RUDE PEOPLE>

If there is a class action lawsuit we would like to join it. So if anyone knows who we can contact please contact us. Thank you
