I got A phone call to my job. miss gray then tried to talk to me while I was at work I ask to call her back she then started yelling. I hung up she called back, hung up again she called back ask for my manager I informed her I was the manager there she then stated I was telling her A lie, screaming very loud.
I had to ask my customer to hold on one moment then she responded with yea you better tell them to wait for me. at this point I hung the phone up again, when I got time to call and complain I was put on hold for 20 min. at A time and miss gray informed me she was the boss for the company.
I will not send the rest of the money until I talk with someone about this matter and I will go to another company.
