Steve Cormier who used to own RV Refrigeration service in Lute Mountain New Brunswick, has now re-open his crooked business under the name of ArcticCold Refrigeration Service in St Antoine New Brunswick.
This scoundrel is a deceitful business man who does not live up to his word. He charged me $485.00 for a RV fridge core and when he failed to deliver it he also intentionally failed to provide me with a refund.
Check out the BBB of the Maritimes under the name RV Refrigeration services and review the piles of complaints for sub standard service and other rip off scenarios.

I have been trying to get a refund or a satisfactionary solution to being sent the wrong part for my RV frig my phone calls and messages are being ignored ,after spending nearly $500.00 for the wrong part and being told they would correct their mistake what kind of 100% customer satisfaction is that Nick

Yes I am the Son of Stephen Cormier. I worked for his company most of my life. This is the only trade I knew.I seen the opportunity to open a business on a smaller scale in the trade I was familiar with.What is the difference, wether I bought some of the assets and oppened up a similiar business or a total stranger did. They would have probably still offered stephen Cormier a job. They would be stupid not too.He has the knowledge and contacts.Why would I pay debts of a company I previously worked for.Related or not related. Thgis does not make sense, and not a good business decision.And if I did where would I start or end. And why would you get paid and no one else. Or because I worked for that company should I be paying all the debts.Think about it. Not Happening.

So, you are the new owner of the company Arctic Cold Refrigeration! You are also Matthew Cormier who is the son of Steve Cormier.
You are also the same Matthew Cormier who was the Sales Manager at RV Refrigeration Services that I copied my original complaint to on May 2 2008.
In that notification of May 2008 you also had my phone number and private email in the event you wanted to contact me at that time and resolve the original complaint.
I have since emailed you on my private email "again" (3/08/09) and you have failed to conatct me, you instead prefer to write rebuttals here in an effort to try to camoulfage a situation that you have had knowledge of from the beginning.
I have had correspondance through several residents within your area that have given me a full run down of how the business filed for insolvency and how you restarted the business with your father in your name.

I purchased some of the assets of RV Refrigeration Services from a sheriffs sale in June of 2008. I was an employee with that firm. I hired 2 other employees, Steve Cormier being one of them. His knowledge in the trade is unreplaceable.I do not think it is fair to drag my company thru this as it is totally not related to this sad incident.I cannot afford or will I contemplate paying some one elses bills. I can be reached at 506-525-2550. I can supply anyone with references on any of my transactions sinse I started.

I am the owner of Arctic Cold Refrigeration. It has been brought to my attention that our name has been used in these reports as a company that has ripped people off.I purchased some of the assets of RV Refrigeration Services in June of 2008.I myself financed the start up and all operations of Arctic Cold Refrigeration. I am registered with the Province of NewBrunswick and is in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and all Government agencies.I take a lot of pride in my credit and business reputation.
From what I can see on the reports filed , there is a disput with Stephen Cormier , the owner of RV Refrigeration Services. He works for my company part time as a service technician.To my knoweledge he declared bankruptsy and went out of business.
The reports filed has named my company as ripping people off and that Mr Stephen Cormier as the owner. This is totally false and I will be rectifying this immediately. I do not see how some one can just go on line and make these accusations. As far as I am concerned this has damaged mt companies reputation and good standind in the community. I will be seeking legal advise today to find out my options and rights.
