I too was a victim. I posted a few months ago about a scammy company named AREA CIRCULATION INC. If you look up all complaints about this company now, you will see that a "representative" is adding a rebuttal to all complaints. His name is BURT BELLOW. He is a liar and if you read his work carefully, you can see that he often contradicts himself.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! For YOUR sake...
