This company makes the first account of magazines very interesting, and they claim it'll help better your credit report and score. My credit report hasn't been effected at all by this company.

The accounts they persuade you to set up are great, and the account is only half way paid off before they persuade you into another one. The only thing they say they can do when you complain that you need to cancel is that they can only defer the payments. I've never heard of a magazine plan for 5 years.

Being in the military makes it hard to even cancel within the 3 days they give you because you could easily be training or just called out to do something that keeps you from receiving mail. This offer was good for awhile, but now I want out and I can't get out. HELP!

I have taken 3 months of magazines from Magazine direct for a trial period of three months. If you cancel within that time, which I did and was not charged and received no more. This company is also though Synatize or whatever that name was that was mentioned. Even if you somehow forget to cancel even though they send you a reminder card, HELLO! and your account has been drafted, they will reverse the charge minus the mag's you received after the cancel date which is not much at all. There prices are the best. I would never pay full price for off the rack. The prices are crazy high. I came accross this looking for them to order a cooking magazine for my girlfriend. I have tried, tried and true. So, I don't know what other companies you may be dealing with, Or if you just didn't understand or follow the instructions for a free trial. Magazine direct is the best company ever for magazines.

Call them and make a lawyer threat and they have to cancel your service. At that point I would request a full refund. Don't let them tell you anything else about doing a service inquiry or anything that they may offer. You want a full refund by credit card.

Once we purchase the magazines and your contract, we are financially obligated and actually lose money if the customer doesn't hold up their end.

I don't know the full details of your account, but I'll be glad to help if I can. We don't want to stress people's budgets, and sometimes we can work things out and make everyone happy.
