Area Circulation harrassed me, ruined my credit and lied to me Virginia Beach Virginia

Early Febuary of this year I recieved a call from Area Circulation offering me cheap magazine subscriptions that I only need to pay about $3.75 or so a week and about $20 or so a month for one year and I will get 4 years free. I was also being offered two free diamond watch which I never recieved. I bearly turned 18 recently then I was being offered so many magazines so I was excited. But once I called and told them I wanted to cancel and not want anymore magazine they told me that I had to pay them off because I made a deal with them. They told me that they work with a magazine company that they had a contract with and if they don't get the money I would get in trouble because I agreed to the magazine subscription for the whole 5 years. I was so scared to pick up my phone for months because they continue to call me and harrass me about paying them a huge debt. Now they said that I have to pay them about $850 something dollars and that they got with a different company that will help me get a discount and only pay $350 I was still not willing to pay them. The company was supposely a lawsuit company that was willing to help me get out of debt if I will take their offer. They said they are sometime of International Collection Company with the number 1-321-751-2896 and I searched for it online and it is listed as a suspicious number. Right now I have bad credit and isn't able to do anything about it. I really do need help. I can't believe I'm only 19 and already got myself into so much trouble and got spamed.
