I was employed at Argent mortgage Co. for alomost 1yr my production was between 4.5 million to 6.2 million per month and I was making 20,000 to 30,000 gross income. My direct regional felt that I was not at the level she felt that I should be at, So she put me one a 30 day call report and if it didn't change for the better I could be fired.
I then started to look for new employment, I found a new job and resigned from Argent Mortgage and left it at that. Two to three weeks had past and I received a call from a guy out of my state he was also employed by Argent, He indicated that he been forwarded an email directly about me from my old reginal at Argent mortgage. This email was telling all of her employee to do what ever it takes to CRUSH Chris T. I then found out that this was sent to every person in her region (WA,OR,ID,UT,HI,AK)

Did you get a copy of the email? If not, I would try to. Depending on what was written, you may have a case to sue for defamation of character.
Personally, I hope the whole Argent/AMC ship sinks very soon. How nice of them to sell my mortgage to HomEq (also a large predatroy lending rip-off company).
