Argyle Solutions Agressive harassing collection methods in violation of law and fair play. Irving, Texas

I was paying off a medical debt and believed that I had paid off the debt, owing less than $100. Suddenly I was contacted by Argyle Solutions who talked to me disrespectfully and with very vulgar language. I was paying them $25 a month and believed that I had paid them their entire $100 when an ethnic woman contacted me, insulted me personally, lied to me about receiving any money and got very hateful with me. I quit responding to them and sent them a 'cease and desist' letter.

Senses then they have sent continuous negative reports to the credit agencies over what they claim is a debt of $25. They have continued to harass me even though I have told them that I will not deal with them any further. They have refused to send me any confirmation of the money I have sent them, any statement of my account, or anything in writing. These people are unprofessional, discourteous, vulgar and nasty.
