Arista Exteriors, Inc. Kenkor Roofers Steal Insurance Money and Don't pay sub-contractors, made me liable for costs! Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Chad O'Laughlin and Fred Hadd came to my house to give me an estimate on roofing work.  I paid them a $4500 deposit.  The total insurance estimate was $12000.  They had the roof done but none of the other work.  I kept getting daily promises as to the other work but they never showed up.  Finally I hired someone else to do the rest of the work. Since then,  I have received letters from sub contractors saying they will put a lien on my house.  Chad threatened to put an $8000 lien on my house because I said I wanted him to pay the sub contractors. 

The have moved from one place to another and changed their names while stealing people's insurance checks and not doing the work.  They were Arista Exteriors at 5479 Murfreesboro Rd.  Laverne, TN.  Now they have moved to 2159 Thompson Lane  A7 and call themselves U.S. Exteriors and also Kencor.  They claim to be The Great American Roofing Company but the owner of that company says they have ripped him off as well and they have nothing to do with Chad or Larry, however, if you type in www.aristaexteriors.com you will be re-directed to TGARC web site.  You can look up U.S. Exteriors and they are a company in Oklahoma but their web site shows that they have expanded to Nashville and are now at the Thompson Lane address above. 

These guys are expert con artists and will STEAL your Insurance check.  It looks like they have been running this scam for years and getting away with it.
