Aristocrat Products Solara Patio Cover fails to stop rain when closed, Poor workmanship in assembling very expensive cover Dayton, Ohio

 I bought a very expensive ($16,000) Solara Patio Cover from
Aristocrat Products.  The cover has
leaked since I had it installed.  The
function and purpose of a patio cover is to keep water off whatever is below
it. 

Calling the company who installed it has proved
unsatisfactory since they fail to return my calls.  I have gone to their store twice and called
five times.  After two calls and a visit,
they sent someone who came to "adjust" the motors to
"tighten" them.  It did nothing
to improve the problem.  A second man
came after my second visit to their store and just stood there and looked at it
and said he had no idea on how to deal with the problem.

Each time I call, I get the runaround and no
satisfaction.  They refuse to make any
adjustment, alignment or replacement. 

Today's call (10-11-12) resulted in further frustration and
being told that most companies will warranty for 30 or 90 days and they won't
make any further adjustment, that I am "out of luck."   This is a capital improvement to the house
and should have more warranty time. 
Furthermore, the management and owners should take more interest in
their customers who can pass on good words on their company and return for
repeat business. 

Aristocrat is only interested in throwing it up in any
manner, collecting the money, and ignoring the customer's need for a decent
install.  I am through with Aristocrat
and they have not earned my good will for doing a crappy job and ignoring my
pleas for a fix on the patio cover.
