Arizona Justice Serivices Mesa Police Department Serious Run around, and a HUGE WASTE of money that most don,t have!! Internet

It took a month after the court date that was missed, that the officers came to "confiscate" him, I am with some serious health problems, not quite ready for everything on my own.  I get him bailed out of jail, and proceed to get him released, then yet another day in court to talk with the prosecutors office, they try to give him a deal.  One that he would go to this "Justice Services" in Mesa, AZ for 25 "classes", basically a way I might say to keep him in the system.

He goes to the classes; and gets to the point in where he is either working and unable to get there because he is at work (keeping in mind that he doesn't have full time employment per his industry is very hard here in Arizona, and any monies that we get are cherished), as well we live out of the realm of just getting there due to normal means, if he doesn't have a ride to the class from me, there is no bus line, and a Taxi would be too exorbitant of a cost to us, and IF, and ONLY IF... we have all of the logistics down, we don't have the money to go...

We have gone back and forth between the Justice service of Arizona, as well between the Courts here in Mesa, AZ.  One entity will tell us to go talk to the other, that they can't do anything for us...We tried to get heard in court to try to get someone to understand, no such luck, we have gone to the court to talk w/the prosecutor's office to talk to someone through a window and a little box, and BACK to the Justice Services.

We just received a notice that because we don't have the money (which they don't find as a viable excuse, nor is the fact that your wife shouldn't be with out any "supervision" per her issues in health) that this issue is now back in front of the judge, and he will probably get picked up to go back to jail for failure to complete the classes; but mind you we have paid for 3 "re-up's" at 50$ a pop, and then the 20$ to go back; then on top of it...he HAS completed 15 classes, with the money alone, we have more than paid for the "issue"  but that is not the clencher to the problem; they don't teach anything that you would need in getting help...

they talk about football, their kids, why they are there, oil changes, how they don't like work, and commuting...basic conversations that we can have for FREE!! Who is helping?? there has been NO class that has done anything to help in what ever issues they say he may be dealing with...and sad that anyone would have to go and NEVER get any help...makes them worse I would say, more frustrated to say the least... is that all they do is keep you there to keep the money going? Where does the money go to??? who is there to support you when you might need it? and what if someone really really needed help, and only got to talk about an oil change and the football game to come?? There is a MAJOR failure in communication, and the help that one would need to get better...this is not anything to help...if you REALLY needed help...don't you think that they would have made it small groups?? not groups of 30 or so...

I am DISGUSTED and completely at a loss...if anyone can help that would be great....
