Trailer Park from HELL...

This place is the stereotypical trailer park, loud people, trash everywhere, old junky trailers, yet management seems to think they are running a 5 star resort here. I repeatedly got wrote up for things that everyone else was allowed to do, from having a table on my deck, playing my radio as I was returning home, having visitors at my house. I OWN my house, yet they tell me what animals I can have, how many I can have, they tell me if I have a visitor at my home, I must add them to the lease, they offer free water to residents, yet charge me extra for each one of my children, plus they have cut the water off no less than 18 times in the few months I have been here, so they can "replace water valves".They also limited water usage during the summer months so their bill wouldnt get out of hand, but continued to write people up for grass not being watered. I literally sat a bag of bottles on the deck, went into my home to grab another bottle, and was reprimanded for the bag being on the deck. Also, I was written up for having too long grass when they seen a neighbor bring the lawnmower to my home.

Now I am being evicted because I had a visitor at my home, and the park stated they are living with me. While I must say, this eviction is a blessing in disguise, they not only are evicting me, but are requesting ownership of my home for the eviction. It's ridiculous. Management has stated to me that they have ridden by my home at all hours of the night and seen a male at my home, plus followed visitors in the park, to my home.

Junk everywhere, every road is made up of trailers that I swear were the first ones ever made! I am only filing this report so if anyone ever thinks about moving here, but does googling first, they might see this. The website shows the newest part of the park where the homes are being sold for no less than 50 thousand dollars...far cry from what most people will actually be getting.
