On July 22, 2009, my guest and I attended the event in Union City, CA. At the conclusion we received Armando's updated "Flip for Success" DVD and a certificate to "Get Your Free MP3 Player." We completely filled out the certificate and separately mailed the certificate to Texas to receive the free gift expected to arrive in 4-6 weeks.
We never received the Free MP3 player that was advertised. The certificate states "We reserve the right to substitute the MP3 player of a like product in the event that the MP3 player is no longer available." However, neither one of us received a substitute gift either.
This is false advertising.
