Armstrong Flooring Armstrong had the floor inspected by their own people and found the flooring to be defective but are denying the claim because the installer didn't notice the defaults until after installation. The d Lancaster , Pennsylvania

We contacted Home Depot who contacted Bruce Flooring ( Armstrong) who sent out their own inspection person.
The report stated defaults in the flooring but the claim is being denied because apparently the default should have been noticed before installation.
The flooring inspector couldn't even see the defaults when looking through the box of remaining boards. You can only notice the problem when standing from a distance.
Home Depot and Armstrong Flooring are washing their hands and passing the blame onto to installer even though the product has been confirmed defective.
