I recently placed an order with ArmyNavyDeals.com
Approximately two weeks later and not having received my merchandise I contacted the company via email, stating to the effect I had paid extra for first class shipping and really felt that I should have received my merchandise.

I was informed that they had shipped it and to wait a couple more days, in which I happily complied. Several days went by and still no merchandise. Once again I contacted them via email and explained that I was tired of waiting and would like a refund, I promptly received a phone call from there customer service department (Sergio) informing me that I would have to wait a full thirty days from when they supposedly shipped my order to ask for a refund. I also attempted to contact the CEO of this company on three occasions via phone and email; all of which went unanswered.

Having paid with PayPal, I promptly filed a PayPal claim. Immediately after filling this claim I received several emails and phone calls from there customer service rep Sergio. Sergio told me just about everything under the sun except the truth! Eventually I was able to get a refund via PayPal, but the grief along with outrageous/ egregious attempts of this company to string me along is nothing short of remarkable. Shortly after having PayPal find in my favor, thus refunding my money; I begin receiving several spoof and virus laden emails. This was truly a rarity prior to having dealt with this company, a coincidence? You decide.

I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this company; you just may regret it as others have. I have also sent complaints to the BBB and the New York State Attorney Generals office; and highly advise others that have run afoul of this company to do the same.
