i became a customer when they opened in this area , paid off numerous accounts and seemed to have a good relationship with them even after we lost our home to a Tornado on march 1st 2007. we had trouble payimg for some items that were left in one piece and they seemed to help as best they could we were buying a maytag washer/dryer set that we decided to keep and it started breaking and took forever to get parts for, so we asked to trade it in, we couldnt but we could enter a new contract and loose the 6 months we paid for the maytag , oh well, they helped us out and we have four kids so. we did it. we ahev been late a few times since then but always paid on it, without arguing late fees and what have you. last month we were a month late but i paid it in full at the end of the month . three days later they were banging on my door at 7:30 PM. i told them i would get them paid soon. understand technically i wasnt even late yet. it was the 3rd of the month. 2 days later same thing around 7:30 pm, they were back at my door. then the next day. rude to my children and my wife, from the truck , saying well i guess ill get legal involved. a few nights later at 8:03 pm. again bang bang bang. . again i wasnt home ive been working alot. night and day.but never intended not to pay them. i had an outstanding account with them . up until this point.a few days later i happened to be home and by then was fed up with their attitude and demeanor. and told them id get in touch with cooperate. sent two emials and nothing . i havent returned the washer /dryer. nor have i made another payment since.and now im about to go to court and still havent recieved a reply from cooperate to try to resolve this matter. im not sure what their policy is on this but im guessing rudeness, threstening, and showing up after 7pm isnt part of it . or maybe im wrong?
