And, to top it off, they're trying sending letters with different account numbers for the same alleged debt. So far, we've received 3 different "settlement offers" with 3 different amounts, including the amount that she was orginally sued for.
We have filed official complaints with the FTC and Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbott's office.
Hopefully, they'll back off or we'll end up suing them.
