Arrow Transportation is a limousine car service that caters to the corporate business world occasionally delving into into regular cc/cash calls in order to make up for lost business.They overcharge passengers, state they have over 200 cars when there's no more than 30 in their fleet at any given time. So if they tell you they're running late, chances are it's because they didn't have enough drivers. Clients are constantly calling about having to adjust their bills because somehow they were "overcharged." There is no actual accounting dept - just an employee who sits at a cubicle and has retained like 5 different job titles from operating to dispatching to billing, etc. Worse for wear are the employees of Arrow Transportaion who do not get a lunch break at all. Instead they are made to sit at their stations with food stored in their mouths while they take a reservation. No mandatory 15 minute breaks are given either.. And if any employee were to work overtime (which is practically guaranteed), don't expect to be paid actual overtime. It isn't happening.. On the checks themselves, they'll make it seem as if they did pay OT even though they didn't. Mention it to the owner and she'll act as if you never told her a thing. She'll send you to her EXTREMELY LAZY brat of a son whose chief complaint every day all day is that he gets stressed because he has to make 2 phone calls. The drivers also have to deal with Arrow Transportation. If a driver is given a pick up and the passenger gives the driver a tip, he is not going to get paid that tip. So the next time a driver tells you that he won't get the tip, trust him. He won't. And talking to someone at the company in which they tell you he'll get the tip is useless because he will not get it regardless. Drivers are constantly fined BEFORE an actual investigation is done (up to $400 in one instance) which only makes the company look bad because they were forced to give the driver his $$ back being that they were wrong to begin with. Every week there is some sort of drama happening all due to the owner's greediness. Her emotional insensitivity combined with her great need for greed has caused many employees and drivers to quit and as long as she can replace them there is no stopping her...
