On the 19th of nov.2012 i brought my 1998 saab all inspected n running into dealer for a trade plus gave them $1k dollars n a 500.00 coupon off there site they gave me 2k for saab. i picked a 10k dollar 2008 nissan altima so i thought my trade/deposit bring it to 7k.i get rushed threw the paperwork.get told to call westlake finacial n say i gave 5k down w no trade n that im happy with this car.westlake asks me if i like the car i said the speedo doesnt work n passenger side window controls are broken.westlake says have dealer fix n call us back.i worked 12 hr days.that wk. get home and dealer leaves phone message saying they will repo car if i do not call westlake immediately n say the car is fine.i call dealer and salesman says we will not fix these repairs untill you tell westlake finacial the car is fine.i was shocked and said i must have miss understood can you repeat that please.so he resaid it word for word.i said i need a supervisor.i told supervisor that im being blackmailed/strongarmed n im bringing the car back and will be after my deposit/saab.or i will seek legal action. he said ok come pick them up.i drive there they look car over blame me for speedo malfunction/window.and then tell me im not getting my car /deposit back.i said wow 30 minutes ago you said come and get them.so i asked again for my trade/deposit.they refused.so i said could a get a ride home because its low 30s out n i just wore a regular shirt to make transaction.one of the employees said yes i can do that n Greg Belisle says no you wont screw him he can walk.so another employee said i will drive him home and again Greg says no you wont.i said well you have great customer service when you are taking our money.I wouldnt treat a lepar how i was treated that night by arrowhead motors n i'm a Pastor and regular family man.with integrity.and Arrowhead Motors of 210 Washington st in claremont ,n.h.03743 isnt above the law.
