Arthog's ebay/online hot tubs and art dealer AKA Donald Berry Continues to deny he has stolen our money from a car crash victim Lake Arrowhead, California

It started July 7th 2012 when I paid this thief 4506.00 for a custom made hot tub he swore was the top of the line!It was guaranteed to help my injured back from a pretty intense car accident I had. He said he could have it built in 5-6 weeks. After I mailed him postal money orders, which I have now found out..don't do this! use cashier checks.. then you can trace them. He put me off saying the hot tub is not right so we are going to start over with the build, then water test it. By Thanks giving this con-artist was still saying this! I asked for photo proof of the build, he showed me some beat up old hot tubs at a dump site.

By December I asked for my money back, and of course he was no where to be found. Now he is telling me he is declaring bankruptcy????  This is fraud.. this guy runs these scams on and off ebay. He must fudge the ratings he gets to get such high ratings on ebay. There are at least 3 -4 of us out here he scammed money out of. HE should be arrested for mail fraud, wire fraud, theft... he belongs in jail. He also runs art dealership and that business has had its license pulled, and he is still trying to sell the bogus stuff on that site as well! RUN!!! Far away from this crook and his schemes.... or you will be a lot less richer for it!!!!! Donald Berry...Arthog  industries....consultation...and business is a big scam.....
