I took my car in for front end damage. After they repaired the vehicle I took it home to inspect it. That's what I noticed that the hood would not stay up. The hood shocks were damaged in the accident but were not replaced One of the hood shocks that was severely bent was just straighten instead of being replaced. The other hood shock was also damaged in the accident and also should have been replaced. I took the car back and he did replace the one hook shock that was severely bent but did not replace the other one. The hood still would not stay up so I took it back again. This time he says that hood shock was probably already damaged he's not going to replace it.

I ended up calling my insurance company and they paid to have it replaced. After approximately 10 trips to the shop I finally got the car fixed. They do not fix it right the first time and they cut corners to save money. Ina they have a problem returning phone calls. I not only got the car back once incomplete I got it back twice incomplete. Several people told me not to take my vehicle there .I didn't listen to them. Big mistake on my part
