Well, today, February 4, 2006, I opened the box and found that I'd been charged for Shipping & Handling for 5 additional "Free Spa Robes" and 1 was enclosed. I was having problems with my ISP and ended up ordering 5 robes, so I wasn't upset about the quantity. What did upset me was the fact that the $29.95 order turned out to be $66.91.
I have sent an e-mail to the company, but after reading reports on this outfit, I'm not optimistic. The Better Business Bureau gives the firm a "D" Rating. The "D" is way, way down from the "AAA" Rating that the BBB has in its Rating System.
