Finally, I got another number (212-575-0500)and asked for Pro Seal and they connected me but again, no one would answer. When I called back they kept putting me on hold. The address is 11 W 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036. That phone number apparently belongs to a company called Tacia International or something to that effect.
With such poor customer service I would not suggest that anyone really consider doing business with them unless you like being unable to contact them or receive any kind of customer service.
