As Seen On Tv Guys.com I received defective material. When I tried to return it, I was told the order # and Bank Payment # was not theirs, even though I was logged into my account on their website. Lindon New Jersey

I ordered Space Bags and lawn seed from this Company. When I received them, there were holes on the top of the bags and the lawn seed was dead. The information that was on my checking account was:

When I contacted the company, I was given a customer service phone number. When calling this department I was told they had no listing of my purchase, my order number was not the ones they used, nor was the bank transaction number. I told them I was logged into their website and I had pulled up my order before calling them. They still denied having sold the items to me.

My bank is now telling me that I must return the items for credit, however the company told me they would just return the items upon receiving them.
