Asap Motors Total Scam, Rip-Offs, should be in JAIL Houston Texas

Well Our problem started with this company. When My Husband went online and starting looking for a Mercedes Diesel Motor. In his search he found Asap Motors and decided to order a motor that they had.

First Motor was installed and started only once and then blew the radiator cap off and was leaking water all over everywhere. Headgasket was bad... This engine was never "checked" as they say.

Then we stepped into the scam they run... We uninstall first motor and got faxed Return Authorization Form on 6/27/06. We sent the first motor back and were waiting on information on sending out a second motor. Meanwhile, My husband goes into the hospital for surgery. (He is an disabled Veteran) I have records of all the calls made to them with no answers.

All through the Month of July with no answers, just things like they are looking for paper work and such. July 28th in the morning hours, My husband called and spoke to the General Manager Dana, and told her if there were no information on the replacement motor as of 5:00pm that day he would be canceling his credit card charge. And with no answer by 5:00pm he did so.

August 2, 2006 at 2:00pm a Motor is brought to our shop from Gator Freightway. Upon the truck pulling into our yard, I told the driver I refuse to take this motor and not to unload it from the truck. I was not going to commit fraud like ASAP Motors. We had cancelled the credit card charge and there for we were not going to take a motor that we were not paying for.

A day later we are getting calls from Diana about taking this motor. And I told her we have nothing to talk about. Then of course General Manager Dana calls and first tries to record the conversation then when she didn't get the answers she wanted. She later called with the threat of charging all kinds of fees to our Credit Card. Well the laugh is on them......We cancelled the Credit Card with full explaination of the rip off.

Along with this and a Report to the DAV about this. I will keep reporting to as many places as I can about this company.
