Ascentia Forced to use Primecast. Big ripoff. Tell me what to do on your property, ok. in my house? no way oak creek, Colorado

 Ascentia has forced its tenants to change to Primecast- which turned out to be an incompetent and illegally billing company- resulting in higher service cost at horrible service. Ascentia charges high lot rent and does not provide adequate service in return. Ok . Fine. I live here. I should keep my yard clean etc.. fine..but what i do inside my house is my personal business. and that business includes a 12 year contract with Directv that you interrupted and from what i can tell illegally entered into my contract. The result was higher tv rates and now that Primecast is illegally still autowithdrawing into my bank account for services that Directv does not condone, i find you responsible. I will be deducting that money from my rent. And also if the roads arent fixed soon i will have to hand over my mechanic bill for the alignment and suspension damage. We dont even have adequate drainage. The previous owner put new road rock every other year, in 8 years ascentia has not done it once- yet our rent has went up 400%. Ridiculous service- akin to slumlord. Arent there laws against this sort of thing? Please step up to the plate in the same way that you demand that we do. Additionally, you demand that we clean up after winter- which at 7500 feet in colorado mountains can be quite daunting, immediately even as snow is still falling- yet you burnt a house that was in the neighborhood and didnt clean it up for almost a year. There are kids in this neighborhood and its a miracle that none got hurt. step up and provide a service that you seem so willing to charge for.
