Ascentive i downloaded aactive speed from there site got hastled went in circles for customer servicethen canceld asked for my efund didnt get it the only refund i got was two trojans sent to me in email from them ,still got the email thats because i wanted to cancel & get refunded Philaddelphia Pennsylvania

Hi i hope you arnt thinking of buying any prodcts of ( ascentive ) think again here is a little story about all the troubles i went through. i thought my laptop was to slow so i surfed and came across the name in brakits , they did say you could speedit up 375 % faster so i tryed igave it ago im not shore but i think it went slower , all there fancey lights were working &graph lines were going up & down than i cheked one of my other progras that had a graph as well but they didnt match so ,i went back told em i might need a nother download because the one i got dosnt work, so i try reaching someone to email for help on there site but nothing you just end up in circles they tell you click here if you need this then click here to go there ,thats allyouwould get, so i got fed up & i got one welcomeletter from a walter so i emailed my problem even telling him he is going to losecustomers if they dont fix there customer service then acouple of hours later saying im, not here be back such &such date , so i thort then how sent the reply when he was gone. so i tryed again to see if i could still fix the problem no, so i just canceled & asked for my refund i was only two or three the most old ,as soon as i canceled they told me to check my email to see if its canceled to my suprise they more than canceled me tey sent to trojans in with it the trojan form was like this exactly ip= 203.20.35.106

the next trojan was in simaler form like this (((Redacted))) starting with the numbes they would be in blue like to download so clicked on it thae within minites my laptop went stupid then my defence wall picked up and said trojan x2 .so i got my refund in the form of a trojan.
