They are selling hot air as far as i can tell i tested there software it improved my system 0% Which is fine when it is offered as a 30 day trial but it didn't work that way either. Because they charged my credit card as soon as i submitted it the 30 day trial turned into 30 seconds I sent them a cancelation 20 days after i had signed up for it i have the time stamped copy through there web site and here it is the middle of may and they still haven't sent a refund as a matter of fact they have not made any kind of attempt to contact me to see why i was unhappy with there software or to offer an apology even a bad company will do those things just for good p.r. Companys like this need to be stopped they make a bad name for the ones that are really trying to help and have something worth selling.

Don't play stupid, you know what your company does.

You can defend yourself all you want.

You have every right to defend your company, but all anyone needs to do is look at the sheer volume of complaints on not only this website, but various other ones.

Furthermore, if you and your product was what it claimed to be.. why then is it detected by various anti virus and anti malware programs?

You shouldn't be allowed to have commercials, there should be ethics reform done to bar scam artists from having commercials and the "finallyfast" commercials should be taken off the air immediately

I'm sick and tired of seeing your company prey upon people like the issuer of this complaint, I'm going to do everything in my power to get your commercials taken off the air and to make sure anything scammed and ripped off by your software, gets the proper justice.

We Do Not Offer 30 Day Free Trial

First, we did not offer free trials anywhere near the time the customer registered a complaint, we offered a 30 day money back guarantee. We have only started within the past month (July 2004) started marketing free trials again, we have not done so since at least October 2003.

Secondly, if the customer contacted us at a valid email address for our company, he would have received, in the very least, an automated response from our system with a tracking number confirming we received his email. Our email system does not allow Customer Support Reps to delete any emails, they must all be replied to with a response of some kind, meaning that if his message was received, it was replied to. If he emailed an invalid address at the ascentive.com domain, he would have received an automated reply stating that he contacted an invalid email address and would have been provided with the correct information.

Lastly, if the customer did not receive a response, why did he not contact us back? Our contact information is prominently listed on every page of our web site, including our phone number, 215-320-6000, which we have someone available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, and after hours we have a voice mail system.

This, as well as any other customer, is more than welcome to contact us to discuss the matter and we will be more than happy to assist them.
