ASD Cash Generator is a ponzi....stay away!
After weeks of research I am now convinced that ASD Cash Generator is an old fashioned ponzi scheme with few tweaks here and there!
It all started when i was approached by a friend of mine who brought ASD to my attention.At first it seemed like a great concept,so I signed up for free.
Now I have researched this company and it bears all the hallmarks of a ponzi scheme.
The only way that the company makes revenue is by selling add packages to current and new members.There appears to be no other source of revenue.
They claim to have large corperations involved,although there seems to be no evidence of this what so ever.
The company is incorperated in the ponzi capital of the world(Panama)

beware...asd cash generator is a scam. do not reply to remission forms that says from secret services asking for your bank account and social security number informations. secret services do not send out such forms asking specific account numbers. and secret services do not use post office box numbers address. report your forms to your better business bureau. these people of asd cash generator surfing sites are scammers and need to be prosecuted!!!! asd cash generator surfing sites are scams.

-The government told them they could still operate.
-They cried they could not because the government seized the illegally gained assets that went into Bowdoin's personal accounts anyway (and not the company's as it should have)
-Since they claim to not be a ponzi and asserted as much in claiming they had outside revenue (which is what was needed to prevent it frmo being a ponzi), the government said they could still operate.
-So, here is where the problem lies. If there is outside revenue to prevent it from being a ponzi, then they should be able to operate. But, there never was any.
-Seems all the ASDers think that the government is somehow looking into the future as to what ASD might do, when in fact they are looking into what has already been done and this is what they don't understand.
-You have to go to the FTC site to file a complaint to get any money back.
-There are other former ASDers that claim they can get you your money, but that remains very suspect. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

5 months ago I did an investment in ASD cash generator and I am still waiting to generate cash. I don't have an idea of what is happening with my money the company is supposed to be under an audit but I don't think I have to believe this if it was a scam we need to stand up and fight for our rights. Can somebody tell me what is going on with this company? was it a scam or not?

Hi all, just my 2 cents worth, if only people would take the time and read the terms of service and regulations, BEFORE getting involved, no such acusations would have come about,99% of everything that is presently being said about ASD is nothing more then pure speculation and for the most part it's people who have nothing better to do then just talk BS,
I as a Canadian member in ASD am not connected in any way shape or form with the company other then being an advertising member who has had nothing but good results, and asfar as i'm concerned people should JUST shut the HECK up and stop all that negative CRAP, unless i'm mistaken there's still such a thing as innocent untill proven guilty right? having said that, why not just wait and see what the outcome will be of that BOGUS fraud charge filed against ASD. for those who have read the US Atourneys report on Andy Bowdoin, will clearly see how poorly its writen by a what i think is a professional (atleats should be one) and you will allso clearly see that the previous socalled fraud charges againts Andy Bowdoin is such a bunch of crap that i as a US Atourney would be ashamed of even writing that and bringing it up in this investigation, its my opninion that the use of any and all previous convictions, whether true or false, is merly being used to intice members of ADS to cry, WOLF, what a shame, and the whole ordeal makes me sick to my STOMACH uggggggg, it's not my intention to offend any one by what i wrote here, but if that is the case, well what can i say, other then its toooooo flippin bad, take care and have a nice day, Gerhard

United States files civil forfeiture compliant against proceeds of alleged massive internet-based wire fraud scheme Approximately $53 million and two homes seized-- WASHINGTON - Today, a civil forfeiture Complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against two homes located in Florida and South Carolina and approximately $53 million, announced U.S. Attorney Jeffrey A. Taylor and U.S. Secret Service Special Agent in Charge John Mrha, Orlando, Florida. The Complaint alleges that the real property and all of the funds, which were seized by the Special Agents of the U.S. Secret Service last Friday, are forfeitable to the United States. According to the Complaint, all of the property constitutes proceeds of a massive Internet-based wire fraud scheme that Thomas A. Bowdoin, Jr. and others allegedly operated out of a former flower shop located in Quincy, Florida. According to the Complaint, Bowdoin, through his company, AdSurfDaily Inc., which operates on the Internet at www.adsurfdaily.com, www.asdcashgenerator.com, www.lafuentedinero.com, and www.goldenpandaadbuilder.com (collectively referred to as ASD), operated a Ponzi scheme that he masked as an advertising company. AdSurfDaily's office is located at 13 S. Calhoun St. in Quincy. Ponzi schemes are named after Charles Ponzi, who, almost one-hundred years ago, duped thousands of new Englanders into investing their money with him. Today, Ponzi schemes continue to operate on the "rob-Peter-to-pay-Paul" principle money from new investors is used to pay off earlier investors until the whole scheme collapses. In this case, the government's Complaint alleges that from approximately January 2007 to the present, ASD operated a paid auto-surf program a so-called online advertising program. Under the program, ASD purportedly generated advertising revenue by automatically rotating advertised websites into its investors' Internet browsers. To secure investors, ASD agreed to pay a return of between 125% and 150% on each dollar each investor provided to ASD, as long as each investor agreed to view a couple of websites for a couple of minutes each day. To mask its Ponzi characteristics, ASD termed its investors advertisers, their payments ad purchases and its payments rebates. However, according to the Complaint, ASD did not operate as a seller of advertising services and there was no legitimate product being sold to support the profits ASD promised to Page -2- pay to its investors' for relinquishing their funds. Because ASD was creating no significant new wealth by selling advertising to purchasers outside of its investor-members, the only wealth gained by any participant and Bowdoin was wealth lost by other participants. This matter is an ongoing investigation. No one has been criminally charged at this point and every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless found guilty. In announcing the lawsuit, U.S. Attorney Taylor and Special Agent in Charge Mhra, praised the work of the SCIRS-SS Task Force. In addition, they commended Assistant U.S. Attorneys Vasu Muthyala and William Cowden of Washington, D.C., who are prosecuting the case.

i been a member since may 5th and i must tell you i have made thousands already. and i know many other people that make over $1000 a day ........ it is a legit business and if you're scared don't be. if you have questions they have answers. it took me about 3 weeks to understand this concept but now i understand it and its a very smart concept and once you understand it you'll think the same thing . so for people that haven't done full research don't post any negative or false comments because asd takes very good care of their members

Well I'd just like the opportunity to challenge the "ASD" Rip-Off person to really research his comments! Everything isn't always as it seems!
I am retired and living on a fixed income and have joined "YTB" Your Travel Biz . Com. I'm an in home business owner and I've been in this company for 1 year and have tried advertising my Travel agency in all of the Local area papers. $$$$$ and averaging 1-2 hits on my web site a day!
Then 1 month ago I joined ASD and started advertising on ASD's web site with a small purchase of ad packs and working, searching and building up credits to show my web sites and now I'm earning more ad packs and my web sites are being hit 20 - 40 times a day!
Now I can't afford to keep advertising in the papers for lack of enough extra money but I have the time to keep the ad packs coming to actually advertise for free!! What they charge even in the local papers is like everything else going to the moon and back!
It might be a "Rip-Off to you but it's a "God Send" to me and my family! The money that I make from my 2 opportunities in home businesses are going to help get my 14 Grandchildren through school. I think they'll all get there!

I am retired and living on a fixed income and have joined "YTB" Your Travel Biz . Com. I'm an in home business owner and I've been in this company for 1 year and have tried advertising my Travel agency in all of the Local area papers. $$$$$ and averaging 1-2 hits on my web site a day!
Then 1 month ago I joined ASD and started advertising on ASD's web site with a small purchase of ad packs and working, searching and building up credits to show my web sites and now I'm earning more ad packs and my web sites are being hit 20 - 40 times a day!
Now I can't afford to keep advertising in the papers for lack of enough extra money but I have the time to keep the ad packs coming to actually advertise for free!! What they charge even in the local papers is like everything else going to the moon and back!
It might be a "Rip-Off to you but it's a "God Send" to me and my family! The money that I make from my 2 opportunities in home businesses are going to help get my 14 Grandchildren through school. I think they'll all get there!

I'm sure that Scamalot08 has either been scamed many times in the past and is really trying to help. I can draw inference from his user name that this is true. I have researched many online companies in the past and some have been good and some bad. Ex: paidsurveys, checks4cash, Quixtar, The Zeken Corp. You might notice some of these companies and may have had dealings with them. I appreciate Rip Off Report and Pissed Consumer for the information that can be quickly gathered in research to prevent being scammed.
I have personal involvement with ASD and they system works and it works well. I know many friends and business savy people very successful that are involved. They are not only making interest on their ad purchases, but they are also advertising their website to increase revenue and sales to their company.
There is great value in having thousands of people viewing your site and purchasing your product or service. Some examples are Real Estate, Mortgage, Catering and other business opportunities. Business owners and entrepreneurs see the opportunity to grow their present company and as a business opportunity by getting other entrepreneurs involved as well.
Unlike other online opportunities you can actually join for free and search within the site to get more information and get all your questions answered. I was able to have all my questions and concerns addressed to make an informed decision.

The problem with this "rip off" report is that this guy claimed you can not make money outside of the interest system they have setup through buying ad units.
I can not put this more simply than, "You are wrong".
How? Well, I have made about $200 through SALES through the AD UNITS I purchased in only two weeks time..
So, you claimed you can not make money in "any way" but the interest of buying ad units.
It is clearly obvious to anyone who has used ASD or actually does "real" research on it, that you can make money with the ad units..
You buy ad units to have your ads shown to people. It isn't rocket science..
Frankly, I am offended that people like you can just get on this website, file a false report claiming to know something and you did not even do enough research to even know that the ad units are used to sell products..
You should FIRST do research and THEN if you actually find something wrong file a report. Not just claim something through no research and then claim you did "research"..
OK, EVERYONE:
I signed up about June 7th. I put in my $500 on June 26th.. I was matched $500 in extra ad units (2 for 1) on a special promotion (one time offer) and NOW I have about 1450 ad units..
Last night, I made almost $20 in interest.. I have made about 5 sales through their website..
I am a professional marketer.. I have been selling on ebay full time for 7 years.. Nothing on ebay is as good as this.. I am making sales, I am making money through interest. I making money through signups..
This company has been researched by one consumer protection agency recently and was found to be good and everyone is making money.. I can vouch that I am making money.. So, mud slinging by posts like this is actually just more proof it works, because this guy simply doesn't know what he is talking about and has never used it like I have actually and still use it.
