Ashford University My first year as an online student and I have been deceived from the beginning. I cant receive my money Internet

This is my first year attending an online school and this will be the last. Ashford has given me the run around. I was assigned an adviser when i began. He was the one that told me that I was going to receive a reward he ran down the numbers about how much tuition was and said that i would not have to pay for books they would give us that online not to worry. i enrolled and turned in all my paper work from my previous schools and he told me that I was all packaged up saying that after my first class I would receive my reward letter in my email soon.  I was in the hurricane issac and all of our libraries were closed and he told me that would be fine and he said just to do the work the next week and that my teachers would be notified.  The next week i receive a call from another adviser because I was going into my second class that i was missing another important letter from my previous school that i was still enrolled and that was holding me back from getting my reward letter. When i went to my previous school they have no clue as into what i was talking about and that in their files i was not enrolled but they said they would do it because i requested it. All they did was say i wasn't enrolled there anymore and stamped it. Now that i finished that class they sent me an award letter saying that I would get a disbursement the 13th of this month and that this was revised from a previous one that was sent out but i never got the first one so i thought nothing of it. i was suppose to get $2,XXX.XX for that date and in march. I knew that it would take time for it come to my address because i stay in Mississippi so i waited until the 17th to check my mailbox to find no check.

 So i call my adviser and she said that I do not get one this term i would have to wait until march because the money i was suppose to get had to pay for my classes. I did fasfa got a pell grant and did a loan for my classes and other expenses to be paid for.  At first they told me i would receive one and now i do not because this semester they had to pay for a classes. Not only have they charged me for classes that I am taking even the classes i am not enrolled in just on my schedule. How do they know that i did not plan on furthering my education somewhere else. So the money that i thought i was going to receive they put that to more classes?!?!? if i would have known this i would NOT have enrolled. I am very upset and I plan on withdrawing from this school and never doing online schooling ever again because im sure that in march they are going to charge me for something else as well and i will not be a fooled twice!!!
