Ashland Police Department City of Ashland, Oregon Ripped Me Off, Tortures Me, Terrorises Me Ashland, Oregon

The Ashland, Oregon police department used to have a corrupt cop named Terri De Silva.  She had a special relationship with the local drug addicts and winos.  She would use them as hit men.  One of her thugs was a man of Greek ancestry named Chris.  Another was Daniel Hoeff.  There were several hit men in all.  They had some sort of vendetta to torture me by not allowing me to associate with women or have a job and theyd steal my money.  This is repeating itself now with other Ashland cops.  They have under their employ, a junkie neighbor, a tall dark swarthy hirsute idiot, tattoos, of walks his dog all day stalking people, peeking in windows and now hes harassing me.  If I walk downtown the winos under the police employ attack me.  Im still
not allowed to associate with women, have a life, a job or money.  They still steal everything I get.  This is torture.  Because they rob me I dont have the money to leave.  The cops are corrupt as all hell and owned by the drug dealers.  The city of Ashland promotes aids and abets this behavior.  City employees and committed many personal crimes, such as robbery, assault and terrorism against me.
