Ashley Furniture Home Store Montage Furniture Services Worthless insurance and false promises by salesman Jackson, Tennessee

We purchased a leather sofa and 2 recliners and 2 end tables and cocktail table.  Sales man convinced us to purchase the Montage Furniture Service preferred plan for 299.00.  When the sofa and one chair showed spots of fading in the leather color we called and told that mfg. problem.  Called and emailed Ashley but never any response.  Now have a tear in sofa from visiting child and request has again been denied because it was in a seam.  Childs foot couldn't help it found the seam for a tear and they will not fix any of the problems.  We spent almost 3200.00 with them and what we have now is junk and a worthless insurance program.  Buyers beware of Ashley Furniture and Montage they are a ripoff.   I think a company as big as Ashley would be more interested in the consumer and stand up to their promises.  We are senior citizens and don't rough house on our furniture and think other senior citizen outlets should be advised to avoid this company.
