I bought a Reclining couch and love seat from Ashley Furniture in 2010. Since the company makes their own furniture, you have to wait a week to get it then either they will deliver it or you may pick it up from their warehouse which we chose to do. Upon getting it home and taking off the wrappings my husband turned it over and the frame of the couch was made entirely of particle board stapled together. When you sit on it you sink into the couch. One side of the love seat leaned to the right. Upon sitting down and engaging the recliner it catches on something underneath. Here we are 2 years down the road and bolts have fallen out from under the recliners, you can't lay comfortably on the couch because of poor padding and a board being rammed into your side. They never told us that if we had any problems we only had 72 hours to report it or your out of luck. The only POSTIVE thing I can say about them is that we got an HD TV for buying and it was the ONLY thing good we got from this deal. Guess what I am doing by the end of this year? GETTING NEW FURNITURE :) Oh, and if you are ever looking on Craigslist for furniture, notice how many people are selling their 1 to 2 year old furniture from Ashley.
