Purchase a couch from them on Dec 23rd, 2011 that was to be ordered before it was discontinued. They contacted us on Jan 4th, 2012 telling us the couch was no longer available (DISCONTINUED) because no one ordered it when we paid the money, went in on Jan 9th to retrieve refund and was told a check would have to come out of main office in Dallas,TX and would take 2-4 weeks. Called store on Feb 8th only to have phone ring for 45 minutes with no one answering, said phones were down (SURE THEY WERE)Went in on Feb 9th and was told check was cut on Jan 23rd, but we received nothing, was told they would check into it.(NO ONE EVEN CHECKED ON IT) Called Feb 15th and they were going to call main Dallas Office and get back to us. Called back and they said do we have a different address besides our home address they can mail it to. REALLY?????? like we moved or something and the mail doesn't come. Said they would call back again. (SILENCE AS USAUAL). Don't purchase any furniture from these people, or you'll never get your money back. Had almost same experience with a bedroom set we purchased at the same time, should have know better than to take delivery but didn't want to get a refund might never see the money again, told us it would be available in 1 week took 4 weeks to get all pieces and 1 came in broke and had to be replaced. JUST LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!Your best bet is to shop elsewhere.
