Ashley Furniture Warranty for fabric does not cover the fabric! Internet

We purchased a dining set with 6 chairs from Ashley Furniture in 2009.  It has hardly been used...maybe 15 times since the purchase.  I noticed the leather looking seats on the chairs was discolored so called for service.  We had purchased a 5 year extended warranty on the fabric.  A service man responded to our home and said it was a common problem with these chairs and someone would call me and they would probably replace the chairs because he couldn't fix them.

After 2 weeks there was no call so I called them.  I was told that the fabric is not warrantied and the warranty was only to clean the fabric.  I was sold a warranty to protect my investment for 5 years and found that it is only a warranty to clean the stuff.  I was not told that when we purchased it because that would be a silly thing to warrent and I would not have purchased it.

So disappointed to now have to go out and purchase 6 new chairs for my dining room after only 3 years and very limited usage. [continued below]....

.....  I expect a company to stand by their products and will, of course, never purchase another item at Ashley Furniture.  Do not expect customer service after the purchase from this place!!
