My husband and I have exhausted all attempts to get Ashley Furniture to do right by us. In short, we bought a "real leather" sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman. Within 6 months the "leather" started to peel. Ashleys considers this normal wear and tear, and refuses to do anything about it?. I have started a FB to get the word out|. My plan is to put as much attention on this matter as possible, and demand Ashleys be held accountable for their actions". For too long now I have sat by and read bad review after bad review and have seen countless other customer taken advantage of". If you post a bad review on their FB page, it's removed within seconds/. I tried to handle this privately with their FB page rep, and have been completely dismissed'. I have spoken with managers, customer service reps, have sent emails and phone calls and no one is willing to do anything|.
