4-6 weeks promised with all furniture being delivered - as of today's date, no kitchen set, no office furniture, no leaf that was damaged upon initial delivery of 11/17, and still missing two dining room chairs, and all we get is lip service. Supervisor is unreachable; doesn't return calls, can't track him down.
Husband went down to store as today, 12/7, they finally delivered our lamps, but wrong chairs for dining room; he was livid as they would not talk to him when he called today and on several occasions. They called the police and had him issued with a "no trespass" warning as he was attempting to picket and discourage future customers.
Horrible way of doing business.........lots of deception and lies, lies, lies. One person doesn't know what the other is doing and there is no communication. Sales person actually agreed with us contacting the BBB and writing this report. But where does that leave us?????? No remaining furniture and no idea on when it will be delivered. Multiple delivery dates scheduled and canceled; computers down (allegedly) trucks not available. One excuse after another being. Sales person says she is Christian???? Hmmmmm, let me think???? Is this how a Christian would handle business and people?

I resigned the day after I heard about how Mr. B--- was treated when he came to the store to inquire on his order. Before quitting I tried so hard to get thier issues resolved with no success. As a sales person at this store I only represented the facts as I knew them. I did not know at the time that getting their furniture would become such a problem. If consumers feel they were lied to sales people were also lied to. I left employment because of these lies.
I feel it unfair that the B---s accuse me of deceit and question my Christianity. The bad business practices of this store are just that. As an employee I had no control over them not getting their furniture. Had I known this I would have left before I did. I quit over many issues that became apparent at the end of my employment but primarily over this issue. How much more of a stand could I take? This is the thanks that I get for standing up for them the only way I could.
So please do not question my Christianity as this is about poor business practices not a sales person doing their job. I pray that all customers that I sold to get their furniture but I do not deserve this. I agree that this store has done and continues to do unethical things but I quit to take a stand I do not deserve to be slandered
