My grandbaby lives with me and drips from her bottle left stains. Water to clean the stains, left additional stains.
I called the warranty service and when they came to clean (Montage Furniture Services), they said it was not covered and I should have a professional upholstery cleaning service come, even though their warranty clearly states that it covers these type of stains.
I did have a professional (Sears Upholstery Cleaning Service) come and clean the entire couch and within a few days the stains reappeared. We have owned the couch for 6 months and it has stains all over it.
