I received the package on the 5th day and saw the written agreement said $1350.00 which was broken down $1200.00 and $150.00 shipping. I tried calling and for no apparent reason I kept getting cut off as soon as I connected. I finally got through on the sixth day after speaking to 3 different people an spending a half hour on the phone to find out that I am not entitled to a refund and that I owe them $250.00 .
When they gave the wrong info in the first place during regisrtation. I told them I am not paying the $250.00 since I was given the wrong info in the first place and it was recorded.
