Ashworth College AKA PCDI Wanted to get a BA in Criminal Justice and for Four years still waiting on books for my second assignment Norcross Georgia

In 2004 I decided to go back to school and get a BA in Criminal Justice that way I could be able to work in the field of Social Services. I started my exams and since I didn't have a computer at the time, I was mailing in my assignments. I call to see what was my score on my test and to see when I will be getting my next assignments. I waited almost 45mins to an hour before I got to speak to anyone, and when I did they would tell me that they have sent my test scores and books to my address they had on file. It was the correct address and all but still I didn't get any of my test scores at all. Still I paid my monthly tuition every month and called every week to see what was going on. Since I worked Monday thru Friday it was hard for me to wait for a person on the phone during my lunch hour I decided to finally purchase a computer; but even though I had set up my email to do my courses on line, I couldn't even get through. I was back to calling the school and waiting to an hour to talk to someone and when I did they would tranfer me to another department and then to another one, finally after all the phone games they would disconnect me.

I 'm currently attending Ashworth worth college. The thing people are saying about the service is true! I experience all of what they are saying, but none of it, change the fact that the education is good and real.
People, you'll have to pay more attention to what you'll are getting into. there are flaws in every school. I was accept in 2 colleges, before I went to ashworth, I check the material/course work, they are Identical to each other. The books come from the same publisher, for 90% of the colleges in the US. So that's what make the college real and good(I state my life on that). How ever the service is bad very bad I know.
I call al the time and get thorough,I have to wait 45min sometime just5min but I always get thru! I put the phone on speaker and the wait patiently till some one pick up the phone.
If you fax something to them, it go to a computer,it not the regular fax system,so you have to put a name on it and call back right away,because it like a e-mail, if you don't check you will never know, because their is no paper and no one watching the machine.
When you call there to talk about your course or school work, you have to is to be transfer to student services, and probally wait 30min to and hr before they pick up the phone. then u can discuss all your problem with them, they normally take care of it.
Ashworth is what I call cut and dry, u are in that school buy your self. there are no perriphrals or support team, just you and your books. that what make it so affordable, I had to learn that the hard way!
The computer is program to send out the test and material to us,most of the time it don't. So you have to call and make sure some does it,or you will never get it.every time you reach your 6 lesson call and tell them send you material so you can get it. take all your test online,go to site and see if it there ,and print it out for record, to fax back to them if you have a problem. anyone following these rule should never have a problem because you are one step ahead!
