Asian American Press, Victor Noel Ramotar ripoff advertising scam fradulent representation no intention of delivering ads promised St. Paul, Minnesota

Around 9/1/2006 we were approached by Victor Noel Ramotar to purchase ad space in the Asian American Press. He initially requested a check for $395 for advertising in the newspaper then he requested another $295 for an ad in the Asian American Press Yellow Pages. We have legal contracts with the newspaper, but they so far have refused to return our calls. We even talked with the printer, who later called us to let us know that Mr Ramotar has been arrested on 9/28/2006 by St. Paul Police on fraud charges. The next day we received a call from another real estate agent who had similiar run-ins with Mr Ramotar as had many others over the past five (5) years. We were then informed that the editor and publisher of the Asian American Press, Mr Nghi Huynh, was a member of the Hmong Mafia and we should watch our step.
