I placed two orders with this company, one on 31 July 2011 (#335075615488985- 1xHH-60 model and 1xUC-35 model, each was $139.95 plus $90 shipping for a total of $369.90)and the second order was placed on 7 August 2011(#16P20864BR332830K 1x Custom C-12 model, $199.95) for a total of $569.85. I paid for both on my MasterCard. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. It has been 19 weeks, going on 20, and they do not answer emails or phone calls to the status or delivery.

They only advertise to answer their phone 3 hours a day (although no one has ever actually answered when I called) and stopped responding to emails after the 90 day mark so that Google (whom you check out through) won't go after them as it is past the 90 day Google criteria.

I've filed a report with the BBB, and the company has not responded to that complaint.  The CA DA in Sacremento is also looking into their business.

Do not order anything from them, they are a scam.

after no contact from this company since October, they responded two days after posting this on the ripoffreport.com
 
I did receive the refund for the first order that was placed on 31 July 2011 (#335075615488985- 1xHH-60 model and 1xUC-35 model, each was $139.95 plus $90 shipping for a total of $369.90)
 
but did not receive a refund for the second order that was placed on 7 August 2011(#16P20864BR332830K 1x Custom C-12 model, $199.95)

They also state in their rebuttal to my origal report that they say 12 weeks for delivery, but go to their web site and select any HH-60 model or the UC-35 and it clearly states 6-8 weeks delivery and 4-6 weeks if you pay 25% more.

First I would like to apologize for the time it took to produce the orders. Our website delivery policy states up to 12 week delivery and this would have been met however do to the urgency of the customers needs we cancelled his order and refunded his money. Again sorry we were not able to meet your needs
