Aspire Visa Credit Card Poor excuse for a credit card Columbus Georgia

I have had an account with Aspire since 2001. My credit score is 700+. APR was 29.64. Now It's 29.99. Credit limit is 6,000.

I noticed the high interest rate, Balance around 2,000, never been late, most of the time payed off balance early or made higher payments.

I called cust. service to inquire about lowering APR, they stated that they were not going to lower APR for anybody at this time. Also, that a letter would be going out to advise customers of this.

The letter came and it stated that my account was closed and that the credit limit was reduced to $100 over my current balance.

Guess they don't like to be asked to do business in a fair manner.
