I proved that the money-order was cashed on the 12th of november the same day they gave me all the fees. They will not take off all the charges and I've refused to make a payment this whole time until they made it right and fixed my credit report.
So now instead of my balance being at 210.00 where it should be its at 889.34 We even offered to pay off the 210.00 balance with another card and they refused. I need to do a class action law suite to fight all of this. They just charged off the account. So if any one has an attorney please contact me a.s.a.p. so I can prove to all the people that were trying to buy a house through. Thanks for your time.

My name is Christopher from Spindale, North Carolina. The FDCPA provides avenues that you can use to protect yourself from harrassment. There is a pending case against me as well.
I recommend getting a copy of your credit report and checking with the Statutes of Limitations Act for your state. If your SOL Act says 3 years, and have never signed a payment agreement with them, you are legally entitled to force the debt to be annulled. Whatever you do, do not let Midland Funding LLC, or whoever bully you out of your rights. I know that these are some pretty powerful people, but they are not above the law. If you need further info, please do not hesitate to email me. Just leave me an email address so that I can get back with you
ps, I am actually starting a crusade to take on all of these corrupt companies, and put them out of business once and for all

Here's the thing, you need to take a proactive approach and cover your own rear. I got this card because I screwed my credit up and needed to grab some high interest plastic in order to gain credit worthiness. I pay all my bills online and there is no charge. Not too mention after a year my credit limit was increased from 300 to 500 dollars. So my suggestion is, do your part! Having credit card is like a relationship that needs both parties to actively do their part.

and if you pay your bills on time you wont have to deal with companies that give high aprs and charge outrageous fees.
The reason the apr and fees are so high is beacuse of you low credit score, YOU ARE A HIGH RISK CUSTOMER. THUS YOU ARE A LIABILITY.
If you are a bad driver your car insurance will go up!
credit cards work the same way. dont be stupid , or at least dont complain if you are.

IN TOTAL AGREEMENT

However, about a month ago, after I paid off all my other credit cards and CapitalOne reinstated my account, I cut the Aspire Card into little tiny pieces and closed my account. I had issues with my Aspire account at first but after I realized the way the company operated I decided not to charge on the account and to just keep it open in order to build my credit score up.
The fees and interest rates are high and the company is a little unreliable particularly if you try to mail your payments in. I live in Atlanta and the company is in Atlanta but somehow my mailed in payments would take weeks to process.
It can't take more than a day for the post office to deliver a piece a mail to the same city! So after that I decided to either make online payments or send them via Western Union. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET THIS CARD UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CREDIT OPTIONS AND YOU NEED TO REBUILD YOUR CREDIT SCORE. AS SOON AS YOU CAN GET APPROVED FOR A BETTER CARD GET RID OF THE ASPIRE CARD.

Aspire is still Aspire

I've made all of my minimum payments and I do understand that their posting of credit to an account is slow when the payment is made through their website. That is why I use the bill pay feature of my credit union instead, it posts much faster. If you must use aspire's website to pay, pay at LEAST a week in advance and understand that they charge a $10 fee for most online payments... read ALL of your disclosures.
I hope this helps you.
Sincerely,
~Aspire, Capital One, Chase, and Juniper Customer~

I do not care what ex-employee comes to their defense, I have busted the company in a lie so there is nothing an ex-employee or current one for that matter can do to save themselves. Better close up shop guys and rename your company to something else. Try honesty this time, how bout WeScamU Mastercard or RipUOff Visa, those sound like good business names.
